Responsibilities & Scope of Role
Proactively sell into our existing install base and new clients focusing on increasing our market share
Handle customer inquiries and maintain a clean queue of inbound leads
Solution selling to increase average order value
Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and Account Management to exceed goals
Meet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
Maintain detailed knowledge of products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customer goals
Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts to sales management.
Daily use and update of HubSpot CRM
Recommend new products and product modifications to assure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
BA, or, equivalent work experience
5 or more years of experience in a new business sales role
HubSpot experience
Experience working in a team environment that requires email and phone outreach and analyzed performance by measured results
Comfortable initiating new conversations and building relationships, while being resourceful and metrics driven.
Experienced in relationship building and selling into a new and existing client base
Motivated self-starter and eager to learn.
Accountable: this role involves owning a process that is crucial to the business and helping to grow our business.
