Sales Process: Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle through attentive questioning and listening. Build relationships: Develop nurturing relationships to create a strong client base. Product Specialist: Expertise in product offerings, optional packages, latest technologies, and conducting professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Communication: Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. Negotiation: Acquire skills to overcome objections and excel in sales situations. Data and Reporting: Provide direct reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis. Qualifications
Prior sales experience, with a preference for automotive sales. Demonstrated track record of high performance. Self-driven with a strong motivation for success. Desire to become an expert in the product offerings. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members. Professional and well-groomed personal appearance. Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends. Valid driver's license and meet insurability guidelines. What’s In It For You
