Role Overview The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. This role will be supporting our client Constellation Energy and involves direct interaction with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products, services, or solutions. The representative will actively seek new business opportunities, maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. This position requires travel to meet clients, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, with a customer-focused approach. You’ll be successful through daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow-ups. Qualifications Previous experience in Outside, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with sales principles and practices, even if from academic or informal settings. Experience using CRM and Sales tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Badger, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills Benefits Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75,000+) 2 Weeks of PTO 10 Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision plans available (after 90 days) 401k with match (after 1 year) Work Schedule Full-Time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends General schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
