Overview A luxury spa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Sales Manager

to lead its sales initiatives. This position focuses on promoting and selling exclusive spa treatments, skincare services, and membership packages. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for beauty and wellness, and a proven ability to close sales, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Present and sell luxury spa treatments and skincare memberships to new and returning guests

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and targets

Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and professional recommendations

Lead the sales team with motivation and clear performance objectives

Track daily sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Work closely with spa management to develop and implement promotional strategies

Stay updated on current skincare and wellness trends to enhance sales presentations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred)

Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills

Strong negotiation and closing ability

Positive, confident, and target-driven personality

Organizational and leadership skills to manage sales performance effectively
