Overview
We’re looking for an energetic
Sales Representative
to join our team in
Nashville, Tennessee . In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Pay Base pay: $14.00/hr – $18.00/hr. On-target earnings: $1,000 – $1,200 weekly (weekly commissions).
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of sales experience preferable but not required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
Strong client-first mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and a strong team player.
