Assistant Sales Manager
to help lead membership sales, support studio operations, and strengthen our presence in Waxhaw and the surrounding area. About the Role
The Assistant Sales Manager is a sales-focused role that drives membership growth and supports the Studio Manager with daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated by performance-based pay, who enjoys grassroots marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-first environment. Responsibilities
Drive
new membership sales and renewals
through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and studio tours. Confidently handle objections and close sales to meet monthly goals. Participate in
grassroots marketing and community events
to generate leads and promote the studio. Deliver a professional, welcoming experience to every member and guest. Assist with studio operations including scheduling, reporting, and front desk support. Support and motivate team members to maintain a high-energy, positive culture. Help ensure the studio remains
clean, organized, and inviting . Qualifications
Proven
sales experience , ideally in fitness, wellness, or membership-based businesses. Motivated by commission and bonuses, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organized, and able to
multi-task
in a busy studio setting. Passionate about health, fitness, and Pilates. Full-time availability, including weekends. Must be able to commute reliably to Waxhaw and surrounding areas. Comfortable completing a background check as part of the hiring process. What We Offer
