Associate Sales Representative (Atlantic City, NJ) Nevro, now a Globus Medical Company, is a global medical device company focused on delivering innovative solutions for chronic pain treatment. The company offers the Senza and HFX spinal cord stimulation platforms and related services to support patient outcomes. This role supports achievement of sales targets for a specified territory, with emphasis on clinical value and patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

Responsible for specified target accounts provided by DSM and RSD.

Provide forecast for targeted accounts with DSM guidance.

Prospect for new customers, drive lead follow-up, and positively position NEVRO products and services to existing and new clients in the region.

Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers and staff.

Provide clinical support for DSM (programming, reprogramming, educating clients and patients, case coverage, etc.).

Build strong relationships with key clients.

Train and educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations to keep customers informed about products.

Report on sales process, market conditions, and customer activities to sales leader.

Utilize internal platforms to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to clients and patients.

Plan, coordinate and execute local educational and sales events with support of internal resources to augment the business and help achieve sales goals.

Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required OR equivalent years of experience.

Previous sales experience with a successful track record is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and active vehicle insurance policy.

Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity and ambition to succeed.

Adhere to company policies and conduct all business ethically.

Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, depending on territory geography.

Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrated success in sales with a high level of performance.

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet regional requirements.

Travel daily within territory.

Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Computer proficiency.

Target Pay Range Base salary plus a competitive incentive/commission structure. The final offer will be determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, market data, and geography. Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may vary by city/state.
