Regional Sales Manager, Commercial (Midwest) at Arrive. This is a fully remote role, and the candidate must reside in a state within the Midwest territory. What You’ll Do
Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach, and present appropriate solutions to the prospect. Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual meetings to solicit feedback to ensure Arrive is serving private operator accounts. Meet regularly with private operator accounts and prospects to present product features and functionality. Use customer relationship management tools daily to plan meetings, record activity and develop a list of prospects. Coordinate drafting of operator requests for proposals or bids in collaboration with other departments. Participate in all business development activities (trade shows, conferences, on-site travel to regions and markets, contracting/legal, etc.). Perform other duties as deemed appropriate. Who You Are
2+ years of technology solutions sales experience; experience selling smart city technologies is preferred. At least 3 years of parking industry experience; a successful track record of exceeding annual quota; experience working with private operators in the parking industry. Willingness to travel 50%+ depending on business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient with Google, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and related tools. Highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic relationship seller.
