Account Executive – Outside Sales (Newport News, VA) Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Newport News, VA to make a real impact every day. You will conduct conversations, write code, design interfaces, and enrich customers’ experiences.

Job Description Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium‑sized business owners.

Work closely with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business.

Manage your pipeline and day‑to‑day tasks/appointments using Salesforce.

Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.

Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements.

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).

Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
