Compensation And Benefits
Starting target compensation at 100% (base pay + targeted commissions) for full‑time roles ranging from $72,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
Base pay commensurate with experience – full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.
Uncapped earning potential – commission plan plus performance incentives.
Paid on‑the‑job training – no experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need.

Responsibilities
Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
Conduct door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
Expand customer base by attending community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand and service awareness.
