About the Role Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our home improvement products and services. They embody our brand by presenting professionally, demonstrating extensive knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
Limited-Time $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for weekly start dates between August 11 and September 22
Training pay up to $673/week for the first 90 days, plus a reduced commission rate
100% Commission after 90 days
Monthly bonus potential and uncapped earning potential
Responsibilities
Receive high-quality preset appointments — no cold calling
Present sales proposals, provide estimates, and leave marketing collateral
Listen to customer needs and provide tailored options
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up, including CRM records and financing options
Guide customers through project details, pricing, and next steps
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer-facing retail sales experience
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Skills
Experience in outside or in-home sales
Comfort with using iPads and sales applications
Ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-growth environments
Reputation as a high-integrity performer
