What You’ll Do
Own the full cycle : discovery → tailored demo → pricing → negotiation → close
Maintain a
3× pipeline
in Zoho/Salesforce & deliver accurate weekly forecasts
Crush
monthly new‑ARR quotas
and demo‑to‑close conversion goals
Sell consultatively to practice owners, office managers, and multi‑location DSOs
Self‑prospect & partner with SDRs/Marketing for a constant flow of opportunities
Travel ~10% to trade shows & study clubs; be the face of mConsent in the field
Share prospect insights with Product, Marketing, and CS to shape roadmap & GTM
What You Bring
3+yrs quota‑carrying SaaS sales
(healthcare/dental a plus)
Proven closer: $3K–$20K ACV deals, ≥110% to quota
Mastery of discovery, value‑based selling, and multi‑thread deal strategy
CRM discipline + familiarity with AI tools
Polished communicator—phone, Zoom, and in‑person
Bonus points: dental PMS know‑how (Dentrix, OpenDental, Eaglesoft) & formal sales training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler)
