Stretch Zone Sales Associate Compensation and Job Description Compensation Part-Time Weekends and Evenings
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is comfortable making cold calls. This role is perfect for someone with a background or interest in fitness and wellness who enjoys connecting with people and helping them find solutions to improve their health and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Build rapport and educate prospects on the benefits of assisted stretching and our services
Inquire about potential clients' current health regimens, flexibility issues, and wellness goals
Effectively communicate solutions and close sales
Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems
Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
Qualifications
Must have professional sales experience
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Passion or experience in fitness, wellness, or health industries
Comfortable engaging in cold calling and direct outreach
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Tech-savvy and able to navigate basic computer systems and CRM tools
Dependable, on time, and responsible with a strong work ethic
Bilingual a plus but not require
