Responsibilities
Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.
Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius; leverage the strength of the Empire Today brand to generate additional referrals and prospecting opportunities.
Represent a quality brand in the industry and serve customers for over 60 years.
Work with pre-qualified leads and participate in paid training to learn the business.
Outside Sales Consultants can earn through uncapped commissions and commission bonuses, with weekly pay patterns where applicable.

Requirements
Valid driver\'s license and vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
Valid auto insurance
Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually
Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
Availability for evening & weekend appointments
Deliver excellent customer service
Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
Earning range based on average and top earners. Sales (except CA, UT, MA and AZ) and installation provided by independent contractors. Insurance Options offered through unaffiliated third parties. CSLB 1047108.
