Customer Account Manager TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED
CGI Federal is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Account Manager. As a Customer Account Manager, you will enable the customer to accomplish their goals and mission by assisting with project management, acquisition support, and post‑acquisition activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to leverage your relationship building and communication skills to advance the client mission. This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and closeout profiles.
Provide Quality Assurance checks on profiles.
Proactively monitor funding statuses.
Administer monthly billing and invoicing, including burn rates and corresponding updates.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with business partners and build relationships.
Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Qualifications
5 years of experience supporting project management, purchasing, or acquisition related activities.
TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph required.
U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of this government contract.
Compensation Estimated U.S. range: $111,600.00 – $271,800.00. Compensation is dependent on experience, skill set, and other factors.
