Account Executive II , you will manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers and oversee an existing book of business. You will serve as a key contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. This role is ideal for a driven individual passionate about sales and eager to grow within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities:
Build relationships, project company values of trust, service, and honesty, identify strategic long-term clients, and secure substantial and repeat orders. Develop business with existing and new inbound customers. Create and manage plans to achieve sales objectives, profitable growth, and enhance market share/image. Assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their projects. Be the contact for new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production. Guide our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on customer needs and ensure collection of customer requirements for project management. Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events. Collect and report industry trends, competitor information, and customer events. Qualifications:
At least 4+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role. Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting. CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems is required. Strong negotiation skills and results-driven attitude. High energy and a positive attitude to engage and sell to customers comfortably. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
