About the Role As an
Account Executive , you will drive performance and success in your territory by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area. You will build, nurture, and grow relationships with athletic directors, coaches, educators, booster clubs, and their communities.
This is a full‑time position.
A Day in the Life
Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing and executing a territory plan.
Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators.
Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology and industry trends.
Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities.
Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, and club sports.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
Maintain accurate customer records within HubSpot.
Role Progression
Within 1 Month:
Complete onboarding, training, and begin outreach to cultivate relationships with coaches, group leaders, athletic directors, and financial/district administrators. Manage the sales process and track progress in CRM.
Within 3 Months:
Execute a strategic territory growth plan, conduct discovery calls, and present to customers both in person and digitally.
Within 6 Months:
Independently complete high‑volume sales activities, prospect and close sales, and drive new business from start to finish. Increase customer saturation and retention, adding revenue through acquisition.

2+ years of sales experience.
Requirements
Clean driving record.
Compensation Base Salary $40K + Commission, uncapped with an average OTE of $70K – $175K in year one.
