$15–$17/hr + Commission (Typical annual earnings $50K–$70K, with six-figure potential for top performers)

About The Role MOGEL, on behalf of a mission-driven organization in the credit and financial wellness space, is seeking Inside Sales Development Representatives to convert inbound, pre-qualified leads. Fully remote within the U.S. - 100% inbound. No cold calling.

What You’ll Do

Engage warm inbound prospects using consultative, structured sales conversations and scripts.

Lead clear, value-based presentations that build trust and guide customers to the best solution.

Meet and exceed performance targets (sales, quality, compliance, and conversion metrics).

Enter accurate data and follow workflows using Salesforce, Zoho, and Microsoft platforms.

Maintain a client-first experience with professionalism, clarity, and financial empathy.

Partner with internal teams to support continuous improvement and customer success.

What You Bring

1–2 years of B2C inside sales experience, ideally in credit, lending, financial services, insurance, or a related field.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.

Familiarity with financial wellness topics (credit repair, credit cards, lending, etc.).

Comfortable with scripted, compliance-driven processes and structured workflows.

Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems during live calls.

Access to required technology (see specs below).

A completed 7-year background check is required prior to your start date. Results are evaluated in accordance with applicable laws, and not all records are disqualifying.

Required Technology (Needed Prior To Training Start) To ensure call quality, security, and compliance, all team members must use approved equipment. If you don’t currently meet these requirements, you can still apply— you’ll just need to have them before your training start date. (Equipment is not provided.)
