What to expect

Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.

Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are released two weeks in advance.

Adapt in a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and changing customer needs.

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no experience is fine—training and coaching will be provided.

Your earnings range between $16.01 and $18.86 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Overachieving those goals can earn top sellers up to $62,460 per year. Speeds comms vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
