Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to meet their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve sales goals
Maximize monthly commissions through effective sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone
Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Excellent listening and communication skills
Willingness to work on weekends as needed
