Overview

This is a fully remote, part-time Life Insurance Agent role offering flexibility to work from home, with daily training and support from top producers in the company. Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting : Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in life insurance, allowing you to focus on serving clients. Client Engagement : Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients meet financial goals and coverage needs. Relationship Building : Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Training & Development : Participate in live coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps to accelerate learning. Sales Tracking : Use our tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals. Compliance : Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices. Qualifications

Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within budgets. Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback. Previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
