Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions Participate in ongoing training and development for career advancement Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer service Fluency in English and Spanish Ability to connect with customers over the phone Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications
