District Sales Manager – Bidadoo
Bidadoo is the largest online auction marketplace for used construction, rental, and municipal fleet equipment. The District Sales Manager will define, manage, and scale our sales organization to achieve revenue goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction within the assigned region.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and measure long‑ and short‑range sales and go‑to‑market plans, processes, and metrics.
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and district teams to launch initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers across the sales region.
Own all customer commitments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of equipment, titles, liens, and registrations.
Foster a culture of clear, direct communication and cross‑functional collaboration throughout the organization.
Drive the appraisal process, turn‑around timelines, and valuation consultation for buyers and sellers.
Lead, coach, and mentor the district sales team, ensuring effective use of sales tools and Bidadoo’s value proposition.
Generate leads and fill the regional sales pipeline across weekly auctions and marketplace channels.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of proven sales leadership experience, managing remote outside/field teams.
Experience selling heavy or industrial equipment, such as construction, agriculture, or trucking machinery.
Strong record of revenue attainment via consultative selling and proactive lead generation.
Strategic planning skills, including accurate forecasting and budgeting.
Proficiency with internet technologies and e‑commerce platforms (e.g., eBay).
Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and people‑management abilities.
Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a startup, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary, commission program, company vehicle, medical, 401(k), paid vacation, and other benefits.
