What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients
Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs
Build key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules and tracking the status of key customers
Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, and write key customer analysis reports
Communicate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales
Proven track record of customer acquisition/origination with clear sales KPIs
Experience working autonomously within a sales team and with regional sales teams
Familiarity with CRM tools and experience attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
Strong communication skills, flexibility in various situations, and excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with institutional clients, high‑net‑worth individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, or commercial banks
Passion for cryptocurrency and understanding of the industry
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
