Responsibilities
We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you'll learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch. You'll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program is structured to help you master the skills needed to run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team.
You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships essential for business growth. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture promotes friendly competition, crucial for growth and success.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
At least 1 year of experience in sales (commissioned or goal-oriented), customer service in a sales-related industry, participation in sports at a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate level, or leadership roles in military, clubs, or community organizations
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (points cannot exceed 8)
No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI within 3 years)
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
