Job Title Sales Development Representative

Location Hybrid - 3 days a week in Norwalk, CT office.

We are expanding our team and seeking driven, dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to accelerate our sales pipeline and expand our advertiser footprint across the portfolio.

Job Description As an SDR, you will accelerate our sales pipeline by prospecting new business opportunities, identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and selling to high‑quality leads, and working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted prospecting strategies. You will play a strategic role in expanding our advertiser footprint across Hearst Connecticut Media Group.

Responsibilities

Accelerate the sales pipeline through prospecting and cold outreach.

Identify, qualify, nurture, and hand off high‑quality leads to the sales team.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted prospecting strategies and campaign schedules.

Set and achieve prospecting and outreach goals for target markets.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications

High energy, dynamic, and passionate about sales and client growth.

Strong communication and persuasion skills; outgoing and people‑oriented.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Willingness to learn and grow—from SDR to Sales Rep/Account Executive over 6‑12 months.

Experience in prospecting, outreach, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
