What You’ll Do
Prospect & Hunt : Identify and target high-potential B2B clients via cold outreach, networking, events, existing relationships and network.
Demo & Close : Lead captivating product demos, handle objections like a pro, and negotiate deals for machine installations.
Build Relationships : Nurture leads through the full sales cycle, from initial pitch to post-sale support, hitting quarterly quotas (think 100%+ attainment).
Collaborate : Work with our marketing and ops teams to refine pitches and share wins that fuel our growth.
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years crushing it in B2B sales (bonus if in beverage, vending, sustainability tech, or food service).
Proven track record: Quota-smashing metrics like “Closed $300K+ annually” or “Grew pipeline 40% YoY.”
Consultative seller: You love solving problems, not just pushing product—resilience and relationship‑building are your superpowers.
Tech‑savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and virtual demos.
