Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Renewal Sales Specialist covering the state of Arkansas. We seek a dynamic, hard‑working professional eager to thrive in a fast‑paced, large corporate environment. The role focuses on technical communication of Medline’s surgical and medical devices to surgeons, operating room directors, and managers. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager. What is Medline Renewal?
Medline Renewal restores single‑use medical devices to their original quality, functionality, and sterility while adhering to rigorous FDA‑regulated standards. The program delivers up to 50% supply savings compared to purchasing new, providing a safety warranty and 99.99% quality rating. Responsibilities
Grow and develop an assigned territory by calling surgeons in offices and hospital operating rooms. Make new calls daily to develop new customers. Work with surgeons to demonstrate product value. Prepare and deliver quotations for product. Develop long‑term relationships with the customer base and full‑line sales people. Prepare and maintain a territory plan. Train and learn new items to present to surgeons and explain the medical and fiscal benefits. Requirements
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota‑based sales experience demonstrating cold calling, commission, and full‑cycle sales background. Relevant Work Experience Presenting Medline’s medical devices and surgical products. Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment. Ability to present multiple product lines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to drive, travel 90% of days, and interact with healthcare providers on site. Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed base salary $60,000–$70,000 plus commission $25,000–$35,000. Bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
