We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. You will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role is independent, involves meeting potential clients in various settings, and targets sales goals in a supportive environment. Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus and Commission Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to position our products effectively and provide relevant information to clients. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in acquiring your license if not currently licensed). Competitive compensation with an attractive commission and bonus structure.
