Bath Fitter is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to secure Commercial Sales while exciting clients about our premium product. As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will focus on Business Development, identifying target prospects, and engaging C-Level and top decision makers. Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement all aspects of the Commercial Account Management process. Identify target prospects and engage key decision makers (C-Level and senior executives). Develop and expand new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in assigned markets. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and maximize ROI. Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience establishing and maintaining Key Account relationships, forecasting, planning, and streamlining “Best in Class" sales processes; experience researching, identifying, and soliciting prospective accounts to facilitate business expansion. Demonstrated success as a Top Performer in Solution Sales, Business Relations, and Customer Relations. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Commercial Sales targets and other KPIs. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Ability to travel for training is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport). About Us
