Description We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to work in our Pompano Beach, FL office. The role is full‑time (40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday with one Saturday shift per month) and offers competitive base salary, commission on sales, and monthly bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through loan options with confidence, care, and professionalism.
Consistently hit department benchmarks while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Follow scripts and use CRM tools effectively to streamline client interactions and stay compliant.
Work closely with the team and leadership, embracing ongoing coaching to sharpen skills.
Use strong, clear communication to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
High energy and motivation with a competitive spirit.
Experience in call center, sales, or customer service role and ability to engage clients effectively.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and following structured processes.
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and a dependable team player.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to handle high call volumes under pressure.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
