Responsibilities

Demonstrate the value of ADT's security and smart home solutions to customers, explaining products and services in-depth and recommending the right solutions. Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and assist with their security and automation needs. Build relationships with customers to deliver a positive experience and turn curious consumers into loyal customers. Collaborate with colleagues to support a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, tech‑savvy, and driven to succeed. Strong communication and creative skills with the ability to demonstrate value to customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a curiosity for the newest tech. Ability to adapt to competitive and customer needs and prioritize time effectively. Willingness to work in a role that is 100% commission-based with training wage, and uncapped earning potential.

Read more about life at ADT and explore ADT + Google. This is a 100% commission-based role. Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus training wage. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
