RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer contact and sales for OEM and Tier 1 customers - Automotive interior trim Primary focus on long-term sustainability and profitable growth of all strategic business Relationship management Integrated development of global strategy for products, projects and innovation Regional acquisition management Regional commercial plan management (e.g. RFQ, Business Plan, GAP closure, raw material compensation, PCR) Improve operating results through negotiation strategies, change management, cash management through accounts receivable collections and tooling reimbursement management Coordination of interface and communication between customer and company Liaise with engineering, operations, divisional headquarters and strategic business field leads to meet quality, delivery, price and service targets Define market trends and customer requirement for product planning Define customer related product roadmap Define key Business Plan/Strategic Plan targets Achieve Business Plan targets for growth, revenue and profitability Support Business Development Managers on troubleshooting top customer concerns Coordinate Account Management for market trends and competitive intelligence data Provide input for OEM Account Manager performance evaluations to achieve goals REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree preferred - Engineering related preferred 5-10 years business experience in a OEM / Automotive customer facing role or client service type background (experience working with OEM Purchasing / Buyers) Must have experience with automotive interior trim (plastic, injection molded related components) Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO processes WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fully remote position Travel 25% in US, Mexico area customers Annual trip to Asia parent company Seniority level
