About Premium:
Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions buyers in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory.
Must be driven to learn and comfortable in an uncapped commission sales role.
Ability to stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts and maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills with a high‑energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
