Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers. Responsibilities
Meet with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and provide in-home estimates Generate business through referrals and prospecting of additional customers Represent a quality brand with pre-qualified leads and a strong reputation Engage with customers to close sales while delivering excellent customer service Utilize provided tools and brand resources to support sales activities Attend sales meetings and training sessions, in person or virtually What’s in it for you

Valid driver\'s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive with sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening and weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including Empire branded apparel Salary and earning ranges are based on average and top earners.
