What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to meet their needs Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service Fluency in English and Spanish High school diploma or GED Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications Ability to work some weekends and pass background and drug screening How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
