Membership Sales Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. Under the management of a General Manager, Advisors must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products. Above all, Advisors must have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Convert prospective members, partners, and clients

Host events and facility tours

Build a member referrals strategy, as well as a personal rapport with current members

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the facility mission, services, programs, and products

Set, communicate, and achieve ambitious goals

Monitor KPIs and stay ahead of downward trends with ideas and plans for growth

Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

Confidence to perform on an incentive-based compensation structure

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Be solution-oriented

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition

Enjoys working within a team

Strong time management skills and practices

Passion for health and fitness

Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Previous experience working with Mindbody or similar software platforms

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS Base salary along with sales commission opportunities for:

Ancillary sales (Personal Training, Athletic Training, other)

Team sales achievements (club and market opportunities)
