Pre-Owned Sales Manager

As the
Sales Manager , you will lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience for our pre‑owned vehicle customers. You will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the pre‑owned sales department, develop effective sales strategies, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle turnover.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the pre‑owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase volume and profitability
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize profitability
Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor to provide support and guidance to sales consultants
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all pre‑owned vehicle buyers
Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to promote pre‑owned inventory and facilitate transactions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in pre‑owned vehicle sales
Strong leadership and team‑building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Understanding of automotive financing and inventory management
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
