: Ability to work efficiently across departments to ensure smooth project execution. Self-Starter
: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Travel Flexibility
: Comfortable with frequent travel to meet customers and attend events. Responsibilities
Business Development
: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center and IT infrastructure sectors. Account Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy
: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Cross-Department Collaboration
: Communicate efficiently across company departments, working closely with operations, logistics, and project management teams to align sales efforts with project delivery. Market Research
: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting
: Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts. Travel Requirement
