Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service during inbound calls
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commission
Utilize Microsoft Windows applications effectively
Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while connecting with customers over the phone
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
High school diploma or GED
Ability to connect over the phone with customers
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service roles
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Availability to work some weekends
