We’re looking for a motivated
Sales Advisor
who thrives on delivering great customer experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you're enthusiastic, driven, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in finding the RV or boat that fits their lifestyle Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process from start to finish Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers Stay informed on current inventory and product knowledge Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth handoff
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing and customer-focused personality Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling Sales experience preferred but not required—we provide training Must be reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
