Role Description This is a full-time on-site role (not hybrid) for an Account Executive based in Phoenix, AZ. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is crucial in supporting our franchise owners. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, cold‑calling, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Some customer leads will be provided, but to be successful in this position, one must have strong leadership abilities, a track record of building sales, B2B cold‑calling experiences, and impressive presentation skills. The role also involves attending networking events and staying updated on industry trends to provide optimal solutions to clients.
Qualifications
5+ years of previous sales experience (minimum 1 year)
Client relationship management and customer service skills
Proven sales success record, meeting and exceeding organizational goals
Ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals
Ability to conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals
Knowledge of the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot CRM software
Valid driver's license
