Responsibilities
Learn the company’s philosophy and promote it to team members and patients.
Create sales plans and present them to the executive team and doctors.
Attend weekly executive/staff meetings, listen actively, and contribute to company goals.
Teach coaching sessions and conduct 1:1 and small group coaching.
Partner with executive doctors to build strong sales teams through recruitment and selection.
Provide continuous training to doctors using modules, in‑person or remote sessions, role‑playing, and shadowing.
Motivate the sales team and provide resources for success.
Promote maintenance plans and referrals to increase.
Participate in event marketing with doctors.
Track and maintain sales metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications Qualified Background:
Sales manager, recruiter, coach, or doctor with a passion for coaching other doctors.
