What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; schedules are released monthly, 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced, flexible environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching.
Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 and $18.06 per hour plus up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commissions can bring top sellers up to $62,460 per year.
