Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They act as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build strong relationships with customers, helping to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, where new associates develop skills in preparation for advancement to Retail Associate Manager. Successful completion of new employee training is required. What You’ll Do In Your Role Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty. Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, helping them continue their shopping journey. Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store. Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Approach customer interactions with integrity, compassion, and professionalism. Use digital tools effectively during interactions and onboarding. Explain coverage, plans, and services to customers, emphasizing T-Mobile's benefits. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, systems, and resources. Seek out information and stay updated on wireless innovations. Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Experience You’ll Bring Passionate about customer service and connecting with people. Competitive and successful in fast-paced sales environments. Willing to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders. Balance customer needs with performance goals. At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred. Ready to take on this challenge?
