Position Title: Foot & Ankle Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products that meet customers’ needs.
Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert while collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Live your work, feeding off the extreme demands of Foot & Ankle, by focusing on lives impacted rather than hours worked.
Organize materials and sort possible solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
Meticulously manage and maintain inventory of products and assist a customer whenever needed.
Build credibility with surgeons by demonstrating deep knowledge of your own products and competitors’ offerings.
Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
Enjoy driving in the fast lane and living out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
3+ years of sales experience preferred
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas
Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments
Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required
Adherence to compliance and ethical standards by maintaining privacy, protecting assets, acting with integrity, reporting non‑compliance, and following applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations
