What you will do We are looking for a high-energy

Account Executive

who will be responsible for new business acquisition by qualifying, pitching, and closing leads. Focused on large domain ownership and long-term partnership opportunities, you will work with some of the best businesses in the world to identify needs and solve accessibility once and for all.

Responsibilities

Full cycle Account Executive – Identify, build awareness and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, emailing, negotiating and closing deals.

Understand the mission of accessiBe and how it can play a pivotal role in your customers’ accessibility and compliance.

Continuously improve the processes analysis and tactics used by accessiBe AEs.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience selling technical solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques while following a structured sales process.

In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle with a keen eye for identifying and qualifying opportunities.

You have a proactive and self-starting approach with a high level of autonomy.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS with a proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive targets.

Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, preferably with experience at a late-stage start-up.

SalesForce knowledge and/or a background in digital accessibility is a plus.

Ability to speak another language such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch in addition to English is a big plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 - $100,000, plus commission (OTE ~175k+, uncapped) and will be based on your experience and skill sets.
