Loan Sales Representative .
Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour.
This position leverages interpersonal skills, and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. It works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify customer needs. The Loan Sales Representative is knowledgeable about the features of products and services to drive an exceptional customer experience. The LSR interviews customers with professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented manner.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Recommends product and services to support individual branch sales goals and customer expectations.
Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
Conducts assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment.
Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
Develops knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
Ensures customer information is correct and documents interactions.
Consistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goals.
Conducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Builds internal and external relationships.
Ensures customer confidentiality and that privileged information is maintained.
Adheres to all 1FFC policies, procedures, and dialogues.
Complies with all state and federal regulations.
Participates in personal development.
Exhibits knowledge of all 1FFC products.
Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Essential function: work onsite at the branch office; working from home is not permitted under any circumstances.
Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various state and federal regulators.
Ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings.
Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
Action and result focused.
Strong communication skills (verbal / written).
Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
Desirable
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.
