Responsibilities

Leveraging technology to ensure clients see a return on current and future investments Identifying and developing additional revenue opportunities to add to client portfolios Maximizing employee and client usage of Paycom software Working closely with Outside Sales Representative and Transition Specialist Representative to ensure a smooth transition of client ownership during the initial phase, providing seamless transition and continuity of exceptional service Cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships for strong retention Achieving sales quota and revenue goals through client retention and account expansion strategies Proactively analyzing, clarifying, and validating client needs on an ongoing basis Driving revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and client satisfaction/loyalty Performing client presentations articulating the value proposition of software/solution/service offerings Maintaining relationships at C-level and throughout the organization in support of providing business solutions and tools Conducting the required number of face‑to‑face meetings on a weekly basis Preparing a strategic agenda, reviewing usage, overseeing software system updates, identifying needs and opportunities, and providing insight that helps clients maximize the value of an employee HR lifecycle within Paycom solutions Conducting regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing strategic recommendations Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities Developing a complete understanding of the client’s organizational structure Assisting in software development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities Travel

Up to 75% travel – may include overnight on all avenues of transportation (plane, train and/or automobile) Required to attend in person New Hire, Regional and Department training What We Offer
