Role & Responsibilities
You will be a crucial player in OvalEdge’s sales team to drive net new business sales within North America and Europe.
You will drive complex sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams of pre‑sales, customer success, and sales support.
You will implement value‑selling processes leveraging a wealth of OvalEdge Data Governance Platform knowledge.
You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
You will leverage effective sales strategies to position OvalEdge as the partner of choice, offering a unified alternative to traditional point solutions or fragmented, cobbled‑together approaches to data governance.
Experience / Qualifications
3–5+ years of closing B2B software/SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment.
Proven ability to manage the complex sales cycles: discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Direct experience selling data catalog, data governance, data management, or related enterprise software solutions, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders alike.
Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills; able to position solutions against competitors.
Proficient with CRM tools and accurate pipeline management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
